HVB Altero is a structured, family-like residence with 5 places in a beautiful natural environment. We cater to children and young people aged 9 to 13 who exhibit outwardly acting behavior in their home, school, or leisure environments, and who may also have neurodevelopmental disorders. The children's issues are extensive and require professional support that cannot be provided in the home or foster care.

Our goal during the placement period is for the child to create and develop new skills so that their daily life becomes understandable, manageable, and meaningful.

We are currently looking for engaged and patient colleagues to join our team. We require you to have studied to become a treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, social worker, or have another equivalent education that the operation deems relevant.

The children living with us expect us to:

• Treat them based on their needs.
• Be curious, playful, and exploratory.
• Have the ability to build and strengthen relationships.
• Be patient and flexible in changing working methods and attitudes when the need arises.

In addition, you possess the ability to collaborate with others to solve tasks jointly and prioritize based on the big picture. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends, including overnight on-call duty.

The position is 100% and is initially time-limited for 6 months with the possibility of a permanent contract.
